All items are handcrafted and made to order. All designs/shipments will have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks.

All online orders are shipped with insurance and signature required via UPS, FedEx or DHL for international.

US Domestic orders ship FREE with UPS ground. Please note that additional changes will apply for rush orders and international orders.

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase it's important to note that once you have selected your stone or diamond and make your down initial design payment ALL sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend that you confirm correct sizing for all customizes pieces as they are subject to shipping fees for later adjustment. We are happy to help with sizing pre design to be sure you get it just right!

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
